Do I need to know any math?
No. The app computes your chart, all the planetary positions, houses, and aspects, from your birth data. Your job is to learn to read the result, not to calculate it.
Is this "real" astrology, or just horoscopes?
Real. Oikoa teaches Hellenistic and traditional technique, the same framework working astrologers train in. Your readings are built from your actual chart, not Sun-sign generalities.
What if I only know my Sun sign?
That is Unit 1. The path starts there and walks you through the Moon, the Ascendant, the houses, and the rest of your chart at a pace where nothing gets skipped.
Do I need my exact birth time?
A precise time gives you houses and an Ascendant. They unlock most of traditional technique. If you do not have it, you can still learn signs, planets, transits, and aspects; we mark anything that needs a time as such.
